Vintage Design
Set of two vintage Maralunga armchairs in black leather finish. These iconic series were awarded the Compasso d’Oro in 1973 and are still part of the MOMA’s permanent collection today. Maralunga series combine the “couch”, a comfort-driven piece and the “Sofa”, a right piece for formal dining area or a sitting room. These armchair are in very good vintage conditions. They have probably been reupholstered with a high quality leather over the years; which is the reason because the Cassina brand label is absent. They show very slight signs of use and the time visibile in photos.
