Clear glass bell jar with laurel pattern and darkened brass finish. Bell jar lanterns first reached popularity in colonial India and due to their lingering popularity, production has continued to the present. Made from delicately blown clear glass with a cut laurel leaf and swag pattern and a darkened brass bottom finial. The glass is suspended by three beak-like hooks on an ornate darkened brass band. Three chains hang from below the clear glass smoke bell. A three light cluster is suspended within the glass bell. Metals are finished in a dark brass patina. Glass is in very good condition, with irregularities and bubbles from the original glass blowing process. Three lights, 65 Watt max, candelabra size bulbs. Cleaned and rewired. Complete and ready to install, US 120V hardwired.
