The structure of the table is Eiffel type and it is mounted on operational casters. Its design is reminiscent of the style of Mathieu Matégot. Some traces of use and age are present, notably signs of oxidation. The dimensions are as follows: height of 54.5 cm and dimensions of the top of 39.5*73 cm.
Mathieu Matégot was a Hungarian-born designer and interior architect, active mainly in the mid-20th century. He is particularly known for his creations using perforated materials, notably metal, and for his innovative approach to functional and decorative furniture. His work was often marked by organic shapes and aerial designs, contributing to the popularity of the post-war modern style.
