1930s Art Deco amber and black crystal necklace. Round faceted amber beads are separated by tiny black glass seed beads; in the center, smooth narrow discs of amber glass flank faceted discs of black French jet glass. The subtle glow of the crystals was impossible to capture in the photos; they are luminous and warm and rich. The black discs and seed beads provide a perfect punctuation to the glowing amber globes. An intriguing and elegant statement! 19″L x 0.5″W at center.
