An interesting antique Indian silver pedestal bowl decorated with animals and anthropomorphic hunter figures dating from the 19th century. The bowl stands on a narrow octagonal foot decorated with embossed panels containing flowers with a wider octagonal shaped top with a rounded lower section with a continuous stylized scrolling floral design with the upper section made up of eight panels four of which are embossed with wild animals while the other four are pierce and contain anthropomorphic hunter figures. The bowl is not marked.
In good condition with usual age wear.
