This wonderful patinated bronze work is designed to function as both a water fountain and a superb piece of sculpture. The item will be well-suited to either an indoor or outdoor setting.
The piece takes the form of two herons (birds), perched on a group of branches. The herons have been naturalistically portrayed, with long legs, feathery bodies and long necks. Their heads feature feathery crests and their beaks are open. The birds face in different directions and one extends its neck and head upwards. A cluster of blue rushes, painted a bright blue color, grow from a branch between one heron’s feet.
